The WLFI Agent Software Development Kit (the "WLF Tools") developed by World Liberty Financial LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("WLFI") is provided as a technical tool for use by developers on an "as is" and "as available" basis only. No promises or warranties should be implied (including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement). WLFI and its affiliates and subsidiaries (the "WLFI Parties") do not operate, control, or manage the specific actions, strategies, or transactions or applications built on or initiated by the WLF Tools. Developers using WLFI Tools are solely responsible for any such uses or applications. You or your end users shall, at all times, retain control over electronic private keys associated with blockchain addresses and the ability to transfer your or your end users' digital assets, including the blockchain addresses that hold your or your end users' digital assets. Any code, strategy, or data generated by the WLF Tools does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, stake or otherwise transact in any digital asset. WLFI does not provide transaction execution services and does not act as a lender, borrower, broker, custodian, fiduciary, or advisor.

WLFI may immediately change, terminate, suspend, limit or discontinue these terms, any rights granted herein, or your license to one or more of the WLF Tools, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, at any time, for any reason without prior notice. Without limiting the foregoing, we may also impose registration or other requirements in our sole discretion. Any such action may negatively affect your application or your business or our ability to access services provided by WLFI or its affiliates. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any costs or damages as a result of termination of these terms.

We can't and won't be responsible for your use of the WLF Tools in a way that breaks the law or violates applicable regulations. You agree that you will comply with all U.S., foreign, federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations applicable to your use of the WLF Tools. If you are an entity, you represent that you have adequate policies and procedures in place reasonably designed to ensure that you will comply with applicable law. You agree that, in connection with the WLF Tools, you are solely responsible for compliance with and will comply with all applicable laws, including without limitation:

• Export restrictions, end-user restrictions, anti-terrorism laws, anti-money laundering laws, and economic sanctions. You are not permitted to use the WLF Tools if doing so would, directly or indirectly, violate applicable laws, which include but are not limited to economic or financial sanctions or trade embargoes imposed, administered, or enforced by: the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (including the Specially Designated Nationals ("SDN") List and other non-SDN restricted or blocked parties lists); the U.S. Department of Commerce (including restrictions imposed by the Bureau of Industry and Security ("BIS"), such as the Export Administration Regulations ("EAR")); the U.S. Department of State (including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations ("ITAR")); the U.N.; the E.U.; the U.K.; or any other applicable national, regional, provincial, state, municipal or local laws and regulations (each as amended from time to time) (collectively "Sanctions Laws").

• Any laws expressly regulating the use or offering of AI or digital assets or general laws that may apply to the use or offering of AI, digital assets or AI or digital asset-based services, including without limitation securities, banking, money transmission, lending licensure or other financial regulatory laws.

• Any laws related to data privacy, including without limitation engage in or otherwise process end user personal information to analyze individuals or groups of natural persons for unlawful or discriminatory purposes.

WLF Tools may include open source or third party software ("Third Party Software"), and such software is made available to you under the terms of the applicable licenses. Where Third Party Software is provided on an "as is" basis, without any representations or warranties of any kind, WLFI does not make any representations or warranties, and all Third Party Software is subject to the limits on liability of these terms.

WLF Tools may provide access to or reference independent third-party digital-asset protocols, third-party services, third-party service providers, third-party applications, third-party sites, third-party technology, third-party APIs, or other third parties. Third parties are not managed or controlled in any way by WLFI. References to third party applications built using WLF Tools or inclusion of links to the websites of third parties, do not mean such applications or websites have been verified by WLFI and do not constitute an endorsement, recommendation or solicitation to use such third party applications or tools. WLFI also makes no representation as to whether such third parties hold any required regulatory licenses or permissions. WLFI may also receive compensation from third-parties or otherwise. By accessing third parties, you expressly agree that you have read, understand, and accept all of the applicable terms, conditions and risks that may apply to your use of those third parties.

Users agree to engage respectfully and lawfully in all community interactions on the platform. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: harassment, bullying, or threats directed at any individual or group; hate speech or content that discriminates against or demeans others on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics; defamatory, obscene, or sexually explicit content; and any content that violates applicable law, infringes third-party intellectual property rights, or facilitates illegal activity. WLFI reserves the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards in its sole discretion.
